NATIONAL EDUCATORS' ASSOCIATION FOR DEVELOPMENT BACKGROUND Cambodian Educators’ Association for Development (N.E.A.D) is a local organization established on January 14th 2007. The NEAD is registered and recognized by the ministry of Interior, Cambodia on April 4th 2007.
